Who we are

This website is run by Mira Rowen, the author of the Heal Your Inner You book series. The site exists to share Mira's books, collect email signups for the free journal, and connect readers with the right Amazon listings.

What we collect

Email address. If you download the free journal through our signup form, we collect your email address. That's it. No name. No phone number. No birthday.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use this site. GA4 collects anonymized data like page views, time on page, and general location (country level). We don't see your name, email, or identity through GA4.

Cookies. GA4 uses cookies to track anonymous usage. Your browser can block these. The site still works without them.

How we use your email

If you sign up for the free journal, your email goes to MailerLite (our email service). We use it to send you the journal download link and occasional updates about new book releases from Mira Rowen.

We will never sell your email. We will never share it with other companies. We will never spam you.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click. Done. No guilt.
